How do I order Books & Uniforms on

  • Please select State → City → School Name & Click on "Start Shopping"
  • This will take you to the Product Navigation page for your selected school.
  • Please select the category: Books, Uniform For Boys or Uniform For Girls
  • The school, grade & age specific products will appear on your screen. These can be easily filtered with the filter options given on the category pages.
  • Please select the desired product, size, quantity & add to cart.
  • You can "Continue Shopping" or "Move to Checkout"
  • You may checkout with your registered Loop learning or Between Us Email Address & Password
  • Please enter your desired delivery address with the complete 6 digit pin code & nearest Landmark to enable quick & hassle free delivery of your order.
  • You can also select the "Ship to School Address" option if you would prefer the items shipped to the school for subsequent pick-up.
  • Please select the appropriate payment option (pay by Net banking, credit, debit card, etc.) and complete payment.
  • Once the order has been placed, you will receive an Order Confirmation email & SMS to the registered email address & mobile number.

I am not able to login with previous login credentials or shopforschool login credentials

  • We have introduced single sign-on with to prevent multiple login ids and passwords, You may login through loop learning or betweenus login credentials

I do not remember my loop learning id and password

  • You can click on loop learning or betweenus, click forgot password and then enter registered mobile number or email id to retrieve your Id and password

How do I know my order has been confirmed?

  • Once your order has been logged and payment authorization has been received, the seller confirms receipt of the order and begins processing it.
  • You will receive an email containing the details of your order when the seller receives it and confirms the same. In this mail you will be provided with a unique Order ID (eg. B2CO130213), a listing of the item(s) you have ordered and the expected delivery time.
  • You will also be notified when the seller ships the item(s) to you. Shipping details will be provided with the respective tracking number.

Why is it mandatory to input a six digit pin code in the delivery address?

  • Correct & complete information in the shipping address will ensure that the goods will be delivered to you on time. The full 6 digit pin code will enable the courier companies to deliver the items in a timely manner.
  • E.g. Mumbai Has Pincode = 400 001 (Area Name = Colaba). If parent puts only "01" as a PINCODE (Instead of 400 001) then our Logistics partner will not be able to find "01" corresponds to which city and the consignment will be delayed.

Is it mandatory to provide a Landmark?

  • Yes, as the "Landmark" helps the courier delivery person to quick scout the final delivery address.

What are the methods of payment that are accepted on

  • At present, we accept UPI, credit cards, debit cards & net banking through the payment gateway.

How do I get to know what books & stationery are required for my child?

  • is user friendly platform & we have sorted the items to facilitate easy navigation.
  • To select the correct book set, please select the relevant grade and only the relevant titles will be displayed. All common titles have been clubbed into a single Grade specific book kit. Only optional titles can be added separately.
  • To select the correct uniform items, a detailed product description along with sizing charts have been provided to assist the parents.

How do I know my child's Uniform size?

  • Option 1: You can visit your child's school for trial pieces of uniforms, to ensure you order the correct size of uniforms.
  • Option 2 : You can click on the "Size Chart" made available on the product page to relate to the correct size of uniforms for your child.

Can I place a single order for books & uniforms?

  • allows parents to place a single order for books & uniforms. The ordering process will remain seamless and convenient for the parents. To ensure timely delivery and easy handling by the respective courier companies, we will deliver the book items & the uniform items in two separate shipments. The parent will receive two separate tracking numbers respectively.

Can I place an order for multiple book sets?

  • Due to the heavy weight of the book sets, only permits placing an order for a single grade book set along with the selected optional titles. If you wish to place an order for multiple book kits, this can be done by completing the purchase of each kit as a separate order.

How can I return items i.e. books & uniforms placed through

  • Respective schools will have designated return days for the parents who have want to return items placed through for a full refund. Parents are requested to get in touch with the School authorities to get more information on the return process. Please note that items should be in new condition to be eligible for return for a full refund.

What will be the delivery lead time?

  • is serving over 15000+ Pin codes across India, we are committed to deliver orders within a designated transit time. The exact delivery time will be determined by the selected shipping address and will be displayed at the time of checkout & on the order confirmation communication.

How do I trace my order?

  • Option 1: Parents can log in to their account any time and view their order tracking number. The tracking number can be used to track the real-time status of the order form the courier company website.

Can I return admission kit or its items purchased through

  • Currently admission kit is a part of No Return product hence its return in full or in part isn't acceptable.

I have ordered a product from the website but I didn't receive my product yet what do I need to do?

  • Usually the order to delivery timelines is of 4 working days barring some far off locations or any regulatory barred locations hence you may reach out to wecare team or track your order by login to

What If I buy 1 Book Full Set, Will still I receive 2 Parcels?

  • Yes, we will ship 2 different packages & both will be delivered separately to your doorstep.

How do I know which pack will have which item?

  • You will see 2 different lists on Shopforschool. in the detailed page, you can download that list to verify and match the qty.

Will it be possible to receive both parts on the same day?

  • Even though we try to deliver both packages on the same day but due to weight restrictions a delivery boy can't carry more than permissible weight hence the packet may have a couple or more days gap between the delivery, but you need not worry about it because both packages will have separate tracking numbers for convenient tracking.

How do I get more details about my remaining package or pending order?

  • You can log in to your shopforschool website and track your order, also you can track the order on the courier's website.

Can i exchange my uniform with different size?

Shopforschool offers you a two convenient options

  1. You can create a new order of the uniform size that you want and submit the earlier uniform to your school on a refund day to get immediate refund.
  2. You can reach out to the authorized uniform sellers shop withing a week of your purchase date and request for an exchange, the authorized uniform seller will surely help you out with immediate exchange if the stock is available.
